The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) has launched a Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse – Education and Awareness website under the directive of House Bill 531 (2025).
As part of these requirements, each specified agency must include a clear and conspicuous link to this webpage on its website and provide the link in all job vacancy advertisements and postings.
Any job announcement that requires background screening through the Clearinghouse must include the following link:
