Kalaisenthil Kalaimani
Kalaisenthil 'Kalai' Kalaimani is an established healthcare professional with more than twenty-five years of continuous clinical practice. His career reflects disciplined commitment: steady educational progression, increasing professional responsibility, and recognition as an educator within his specialty.
Kalai earned his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2000 and a Master's in Advanced Orthopedics in 2007. He is a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (2018), Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS, 2019), Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT, 2020), and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT, 2021). In 2023 he completed his Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy (DScPT) at Andrews University — the terminal academic degree in his field.
He serves as Director of Membership and Mentorship with ASPIRE OMT, a teaching institute for orthopedic manual therapists. He is also Founder & CEO of Innovation Home Health Care LLC and Owner & CEO of Community Rehab and Wellness, PLLC — the parent practice of Nexus Physical Therapy.

Vasanthi Kalaisenthil
Vasanthi Kalaisenthil is an accomplished physical therapist with more than twenty-five years of continuous clinical experience and a distinguished record of specialization in geriatric care. Her career reflects an unwavering commitment to one of the most vulnerable patient populations in healthcare.
She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2000 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2019. That same year she earned the Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults (CEEAA) credential through the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy. In 2022 she became a Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist (GCS) — placing her among a select group of clinicians nationally recognized for excellence in caring for aging adults.
Her work focuses on improving mobility, balance, strength, and independence for elderly patients — an area requiring deep clinical expertise paired with patience, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to quality of life.
